Privacy Policy — TTB Tracker

TTB Tracker (the “App”) is operated by Pixelzero Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy
explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. TTB Tracker is a
motorcycle trail group-tracking app that lets riders see each other’s live location and record their rides.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address (for email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in) and a unique account identifier.
- Profile information: your callsign, chosen colour, and an optional profile/cover photo you upload.
- Precise location data: your device’s GPS location, including while the app is in the background during an active ride, so your live position and trail can be shared with your group and recorded.
- Ride data: recorded routes (GPS trails), distance, speed, elevation, duration, timestamps, and ride titles you enter.
- Activity: badges, stats, kudos/likes, and rooms (groups) you create or join.
2. How we use your information
- To show your live location to the audience you choose (everyone, your group only, or no one).
- To record, save, and let you review your rides and trails.
- To calculate stats and award badges.
- To operate core features such as group rooms, the public map, and the activity feed.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
3. Your location & privacy controls
Location sharing is under your control. In the app you can set your visibility to:
- Visible to everyone — shown on the public global map.
- Group only — shown only to riders in your room.
- Hidden — visible to no one but you.
Background location is used only while you have a ride active, so tracking continues with the
screen off. You can stop tracking at any time, change your visibility, or revoke location permission in
your device settings.
4. How information is shared
- With other riders: your callsign, colour, photo, live location, and trails are shared according to the visibility setting you choose. Rides you mark as public also appear in the feed.
- Service providers: we use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Hosting) to run the app; data is processed and stored on Google’s infrastructure. Sign-in is provided by Google and Apple. Map imagery is provided by OpenStreetMap, CARTO, and Esri.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your account and ride data until you delete it or request deletion. You can delete individual
rides in the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below and we will
process your request.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored using Google Firebase’s security
infrastructure with access rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take
reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
TTB Tracker is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we
do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending
on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the Philippine Data
Privacy Act.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated”
date above.
