Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelzero Solutions Inc., doing business as TTBTracker (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the TTB Tracker mobile and web application (the “App”) and the website at ttbtracker.com (together, the “Service”). TTB Tracker is a motorcycle trail group-tracking app that lets riders see each other’s live location, record their rides, and take part in organized events and game modes. Payments on the Service are powered by PayRex.

We process your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Where applicable, we also honor the rights of users in other jurisdictions (for example, under the EU GDPR).

Location
03

Your location & privacy controls

Location sharing is under your control. We have built explicit visibility toggles directly into the App so you decide whether—and to whom—your location appears on the map. The one exception is a safety measure that applies only to sanctioned events you choose to join, explained below:

WHO CAN SEE ME
Visible to everyoneShown on the public global map
Group onlyOnly riders in your room
HiddenVisible to no one but you
The visibility toggle, right in the app — switch any time; it takes effect immediately.

Background location is used only while you have a ride active, so tracking can continue with the screen off; it stops when you end the ride. You may also stop tracking, switch your visibility, or revoke the location permission entirely in your device settings at any time.

For your safety
Events · Game modes
Organizers can see you during a sanctioned event

When you choose to join an event or game mode, its organizer can see your live location and trail for the duration of that event—so they can run it safely, keep track of every rider, and respond quickly if someone is lost, hurt, or left behind. For this safety reason, an organizer's event view can show your location even when your general visibility is set to Group or Private. This access is strictly limited: it is available only to the organizer of an event you have joined, only while that event is running and you are taking part, and covers only the location you share during the event—never before you join, and never after the event ends or you leave. Your visibility setting continues to govern who else can see you. You can leave any event or game mode at any time, which immediately stops sharing your location with its organizer.

Payments
04

Payments via PayRex

We use PayRex, a Philippine payment processor, to securely accept payments. When you pay, you are interacting with PayRex’s payment systems, which are designed to meet applicable card-network and PCI-DSS security requirements. PayRex acts as an independent personal information controller/processor for the payment details you submit to it; please review PayRex’s own privacy policy for how it handles that data. We use the limited transaction information we receive only to confirm your payment, provide the paid feature, issue receipts, handle refunds or disputes, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Refunds
R

Refund policy

The Track The Brotherhood membership is a prepaid pass for a fixed period — 30 days on the monthly plan, 365 days on the yearly plan. The moment your payment is confirmed, your access is unlocked for the entire paid period.

All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits — full or partial — for any amount already paid, including unused time if you stop riding with us or decide not to renew before the period ends. You keep full access until your paid period runs out; after that it simply lapses.

The only exceptions

For any billing concern, email neithan@pixelzero.solutions with your account email and the payment date (see Contact below).

Cancellation
C

Cancellation & renewal

There is no lock-in and no silent auto-billing. Your membership is a one-time payment for one period. When it’s about to end, we prompt you to renew — renewing is a deliberate choice you make each month or year, fully in your control.

How to cancel

Simply don’t renew. That’s the entire cancellation. Because we don’t keep your card on file to charge it again on our own, letting the renewal prompt pass ends your membership — there’s nothing to switch off and no one to call.

Cancelling before your period ends

You can decide to stop at any time. If you cancel — that is, choose not to renew — while you still have paid time left, you keep full access until that paid period expires, and then it lapses. In line with our Refund Policy, the unused time is not refunded; you simply enjoy the membership you’ve already paid for until it runs out.

Your account and ride history stay with you after a membership lapses — only the paid features pause until you choose to renew. See Data retention & deletion below for how long we keep your data.

Maps
05

Maps & OpenStreetMap

TTB Tracker displays maps using OpenStreetMap data and map tiles, supplemented by imagery from CARTO and Esri. Map and routing data are used on your device to draw the map, your trail, and event areas.

Our use of OpenStreetMap directly mirrors the way the open-source OsmAnd application uses OpenStreetMap data. Accordingly, for any aspect of our map-data handling—or any other very specific matter—that is not expressly addressed in this Policy, the OsmAnd Privacy Policy applies as our fallback reference, to the extent it is consistent with this Policy and Philippine law. In the event of any conflict, this Policy and applicable law prevail.

Sharing
06

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information.

Transfers
07

International data transfers

Our service providers (including Google Firebase and PayRex) may store and process your data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with RA 10173, including using reputable providers that maintain appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

Cookies
08

Cookies & similar technologies

The website and App use only the cookies and local identifiers necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention
09

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account, profile, ride, and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, and payment/ transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. You can delete individual rides in the App at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact our Privacy Officer at the email below and we will process your request, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Security
10

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored using Google Firebase’s security infrastructure with server-side access rules that restrict who can read or write your data. Payment data is secured by PayRex’s PCI-DSS-aligned systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect your information and will notify you and the NPC of a personal data breach where required by law.

Minors
11

Children & minors

TTB Tracker is intended for licensed riders and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, please contact our Privacy Officer and we will take appropriate action.
